Zeqo School OS is built for Indian private schools and their students. We take data privacy seriously — not as a compliance exercise, but because the families who trust us deserve it.
What data we collect
- School data: School name, contact details, and number of students for onboarding and pilot registration.
- Teacher data: Name, email, and usage patterns within the platform.
- Student data: Assessment results, practice history, and learning progress. Never personally identifying information beyond what the school provides.
- Parent data: Contact information shared by the school for progress reporting only.
How we use your data
- To provide and improve the Zeqo platform
- To generate learning analytics for teachers and principals
- To communicate with schools about their account
- We will never sell your data to third parties
- We will never use student data for advertising
Data storage and security
All data is stored on Indian servers. We use encryption at rest and in transit. Access is logged and audited. We provide a written data safety statement to every school before onboarding.
Your rights
- You can request a full export of your school's data at any time
- If you leave Zeqo, your data is exported and deleted from our servers within 30 days
- You can contact us to correct inaccurate data
